The Ukrainian Canadian Congress, Toronto Branch, (UCC-Toronto) is pleased to endorse Bill C-394, also known as “Once In a Lifetime”, introduced by Peggy Nash, MP for Parkdale - High Park.

There are currently over 1.2 million Canadians of Ukrainian background living in Canada, with over 100,000 living in the City of Toronto, and many more residing in the surrounding Greater Toronto Area...

   OUR UKRAINE WANTS YANUKOVYCH TO GIVE A REPORT ON GAS-TRANSPORT SYSTEM

The faction of Our Ukraine in the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine intends to resort to all adequate actions to hear information about the transfer of the Ukrainian gas-transport system to the Russian Federation,OU faction leader Vyacheslav Kyrylenko told journalists.  “You know that there is information that the government prepares to change the form of management of the Ukrainian gas-transport system. And this information came from the President of RF Vladimir Putin,” Kyrylenko underlined and added: “In our opinion Yanukovych’s comments on this question were obscure and unclear.”
